Wykonałam 3 wpisy do art journala i 2 zakładki.
Today I have some artwork for you with papers from the Titanic Relatively Thoughtful collection. The story of Titanic has been stuck in my head since I watched the James Cameron movie years ago. Since then, I've constantly had Jack and Rose in my head, even though they didn't really exist - Beatrice Wood was Rose's gentle prototype, and Jack never existed. But having them in my head, I created graphics of the characters that I used in the work. All other elements belong to the collection.
I made 3 art journal entries and 2 bookmarks. The quotes on them are from Cameron's movie. In one of the entries you can see the Hart family that actually sailed on the Titanic. Only the mother and daughter survived, the head of the family sank with the ship. The letter, excerpts of which I am using, was written by Esther and her daughter Eva about eight hours before the ship sank.

I really like to play with the media, so I just had to sprinkle something in. Today an art journal entry is flying from me with a beautiful collection of Relatively Thoughtful - Titanic. I used papers and graphics, only the couple Jack and Rose are graphics generated by me. The media used is white crackle paste and colored ecoline for splashing. The quote is from the movie "Titanic".(12 marca)
Today I have a quick art journal entry for you with just papers, no media at all, which is unusual for me. All the papers, except for Jack and Rose's graphic, are from the wonderful Relatively Thoughtful - Titanic collection. The letter fragments in the background are a reproduction of a real letter from Esther Hart, the last letter written on the Titanic a few hours before it sank. Esther's husband died in that disaster.(19 marca)
